Apologies that you feel this way. The group will remain free-to-join for everyone that wishes to be a part of it. The group is very selective, however, as far as what images it chooses to display. Often, if an image is very good, and close to being accepted, we will provide immediate feedback as far as how to fix the image. Many images submitted, however, are so far from the mark, it's impossible to begin, as no matter of text-based feedback will impart the insight necessary to produce a better image for many users.

I understand the frustration of being a novice photographer, wanting help, wanting to get better. The best way is to simply keep trying. This group will occasionally provide feedback, but due to the amount of submissions we receive, it can be very taxing on us to try to keep up. While I know you feel frustrated and disillusioned with this group, please do understand our side, as well. We cannot realistically provide feedback for every image declined. This group is run by only a few individuals that are not paid for the time we put into this.

While I hate to see people leave with the wrong impression of our group, the fact is, this group really is not a place for "beginners," anyway. Please do feel free to come back.
